Updated release of the digital services portal goes live

The Systems & Databases division has released an updated version of the digital services portal, bringing student and staff services into a single interface.

The new release improves response times, adds a layout that works on phones, and gives each user a record for tracking the status of their requests.

Data sources have also been consolidated with the academic systems, reducing duplicate data entry and the errors that come with it.

Further services will be added to the portal next term in coordination with the colleges and departments.
