Information security course concludes for college staff

The Training & Development division has concluded its information security course for college staff, held over three days in the department's training hall.

The course covered data-protection policy, password management, recognising phishing messages, and the steps to follow when a security incident is suspected.

Staff from the administrative units across the colleges took part, and certificates of attendance were issued at the close.

The division plans further courses of the same kind through the academic year, alongside courses in networking and databases.
